Space station map maker

Stations are hubs and spokes: a central hall, corridors out to docking arms and modules, a lift to a ring deck of habitats, a market, hydroponics. Bulkhead draws them on a grid with round rooms for hubs, windows for observation decks, airlocks on the docking arms, and lifts that link decks by name.

Drawing one by hand

  1. Round room tool for the hub; Corridor with Shift for straight spokes.
  2. Room at each spoke's end; Airlock on the outer hull of docking arms; Window along an observation wall.
  3. Lift or Stairs fixture in the hub, pointed at a second deck; Ghost the other deck so the lift lands on the same square below.
  4. Number the rooms, write the key, pick a colour per room.
  5. Export Universal VTT for the table online, or a PDF at 1″ per square for miniatures.

Or generate one

File → Station → Generate. Intact gives you a working station with a keyed hub, four arms and a ring deck; Derelict breaches it and kills half the lights. Edit from there.
